Our family, generation after generation, has always been engaged in agriculture and breeding on the
gentle hills of Reggio Emilia, located in Emilia-Romagna. Passion and curiosity determined each of our
choices, in theory and practice, from our academic background to our work history, pushing us to look
for new experiences and products that could combine the area’s tradition and tastes with well-being
and respect for nature.
Since 2000 our farm has been concentrating on the breeding of Mediterranean Buffalos; what
convinced us to focus on this animal is the character and flavour of its meat, as well as the organoleptic
and healthy properties.
Quality, animal welfare and environmental sensitivity, something that has brought together many
people over the recent years, match our priorities: a complicity we build stronger day by day, through
authentic products which meet the highest standards of food safety.
